No reservation is possible without this confirmation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The client may save or print these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These general terms define the rights and obligations of both parties within the scope of the online booking process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The website provides the following information:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"p1\">\n<li>Business identification: legal name, address, email, phone number<\/li>\n<li>Main features of the accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Optional services available<\/li>\n<li>Prices and what&#8217;s included<\/li>\n<li>Booking and payment terms<\/li>\n<li>Accepted payment methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Price:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the site are in Euros (\u20ac), VAT included, per room and per night, for a set number of guests per room and per date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unless mentioned otherwise, optional extras (such as breakfast) are not included in the base rate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Parking is included in the room rate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Local tourist taxes, set by the city, are also included.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Booking:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The booking is considered accepted once the process is completed.<br \/>\n  A confirmation email will be sent with all booking details.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Online bookings are managed by the reception desk between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.<br \/>\n  Booking confirmations will be handled by email during those hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Cancellation by the Client:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In case of cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged \u2014 unless otherwise stated (non-refundable offers or special rates).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The hotel will charge the first night if:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"p1\">\n<li>The reservation was not canceled at least 48 hours in advance<\/li>\n<li>The guest does not show up on the expected arrival day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bookings take effect at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and end at 12:00 PM on the day of departure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Modification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Any changes to a booking must be requested by phone at +33 (0)2 48 96 09 41 or via our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-saint-amand.com\/en\/contactez-nous\">contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The request is only effective after receiving confirmation from the hotel (by phone or email).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The client must provide valid credit card details as a guarantee (Visa, American Express, Mastercard), including number, expiration date, and security code.<br \/>\n  The card used during booking must be presented at check-in.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A deposit or pre-authorization may be requested upon arrival to cover on-site expenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Privacy &#038; Data Protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The personal data collected is used solely to process and confirm the booking.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unless opted out, H\u00f4tel Le Saint Amand may use the provided email to send special offers or invite guests to complete a satisfaction survey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All data is confidential and will never be shared with third parties for advertising or other purposes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">According to the French data protection law (\u201cInformatique et Libert\u00e9s\u201d \u2013 Law n\u00b078-17 of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004), this website and the processing of user data have been declared to the CNIL under number 1981377.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In accordance with the law, you have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data.<br \/>\n  To exercise this right, simply contact us through our notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-saint-amand.com\/en\/contactez-nous\">contact form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Applicable Law:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">These Terms &#038; Conditions are governed by French law.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms &#038; Conditions Purpose and Scope The website \u201cle-saint-amand.com\u201d is operated by SAS TAJ, which manages H\u00f4tel Le Saint Amand in Saint-Amand-Montrond (18).
